|Description||Proceedings of the first meeting of the Common Council of the City of San Jose. Election of Clerk. Ordinance requiring City Treasurer and City Marshall, City Assessor, City Attorney to give bonds payable to the Mayor and Council. Resolution to appoint committee to inquire about the liabilities and obligations of the Ayuntamiento. Resolution to create a committee to obtain a summary of ordinances and resolutions passed by the Ayuntamiento. Resolution for Ayunamiento to transfer all books, records and papers to the City of San Jose. One petition. One account against the Pueblo. Resolution to pay the account. Resolution allowing the Legislature to use building free of charge. Resolution to provide senator with copy of resolution which referred to use of the building.
