Description |
A.P. Hamann, City Manager in 1965, submitted this seven-year capital improvement program to the San Jose City Council, recommending a series of projects totalling $62,580,000, of which $52,500,000 would be financed by a ten cents property tax increase, one-half of the cigarette tax revenue, and surplus revenues from sales taxes. The remaining would be financed through gasoline taxes and airport revenues. |
